Your order-by date
Your order-by date is production time plus a shipping buffer, worked backwards from your event date. Save your event date anywhere on the site and every product shows its own deadline — no math on your end.
If your date falls inside the window, we don't let you reserve something that can't arrive in time. Instead we surface the Available now pieces that can still make your date.
Peak season books out. Spring and fall weekends fill first, so reserve as early as you can — you can adjust the set right up until 60 days out.
Changes & cancellations
Rental orders canceled more than 100 days before the event date receive a full refund; orders canceled within 100 days forfeit any amount paid toward the order. Purchase orders ship within 12–15 business days and cannot be canceled once shipped.
