Purchased pieces are built in the same studio, to the same spec, by the same designers. Both paths are a preorder.

Made-to-order purchases split the same way as rentals: half at checkout, half when your piece ships. In-stock gift bouquets are charged in full at checkout. Fleurmore never holds a damage deposit — on purchases or rentals.
Ships once, keeps forever
Your piece arrives in a lined keepsake box roughly a week before your date. No return crate, no return label, no drop-off deadline.
7-day return window
Purchased goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging and new, unused condition. Refunds go back to the original payment method, less the original shipping cost. Toss bouquets are not eligible.
