Are the flowers real?

Every Fleurmore piece is designed with premium faux florals — *almost* indistinguishable from fresh on camera, and made to be used again for hundreds of events.

Are rentals made to order too?

Yes. Unless a piece is marked Available now, both rentals and purchases are preorders produced after you order, in the same 6-8 week window. Renting versus buying only changes whether the piece comes back to us.

What does Available now mean?

Available now pieces are already built and in the studio, so they ship within a few days instead of entering the 6-8 week production window. They are the option to shop if your date is close.

How long does a preorder take?

Plan on 6-8 weeks of production from order confirmation, plus a few days in transit so the piece lands three days before your event.

How do I know my order-by date?

Save your event date anywhere on the site and every product shows its own order-by deadline - production time plus a shipping buffer worked backwards from your date. If your date falls inside the window, we show you Available now pieces instead.

How am I charged?

Made-to-order rentals and purchases are split into two payments: 50% at checkout (with tax and shipping) and the remaining 50% when your order ships. In-stock gift bouquets are charged in full at checkout. We never hold a separate damage deposit.

What is the difference between renting and buying?

Renting is the flexible, lower-cost option: you get the full set for the event and ship it back in the prepaid crate. Buying costs more but the piece is yours to keep, arrives in a keepsake box, and has no return step.

Question 8

Can I return something I purchased?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Purchased goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging and new, unused condition. Email support@fleurmore.com to start a return. Refunds go back to the original payment method, less the original shipping cost. Toss bouquets are not eligible for return.
